Chat With Microsoft Support In Windows 10

Last Updated on December 11, 2016 by admin 49 Comments

Windows 10 brings hundreds of new features to Windows operating system. The new Start menu, Windows Hello (face recognition login), digital personal assistant Cortana, new Settings, tablet mode, and the powerful Edge browser are some of the highlights of Windows 10.

Because Windows 10 is vastly different from the widely used Windows 7, users who have upgraded directly from Windows 7 to Windows 10 by skipping Windows 8/8.1 need to go through a small learning curve.

Chat with Microsoft support Windows 10

There are plenty of information available on the web for novice as well as advanced users but if you are really having a hard time with one of the features of Windows 10 or if your Windows 10 PC is not working as expected, you can easily contact Microsoft support and chat with them.

You can get help if you’re having issues with activation, and Windows 10 errors, or any performance issues. Additionally, the support team will also help you in removing viruses and other malicious things from your Windows 10 computer.

The good thing is that you neither need to call Microsoft nor need to mail your issues. You can chat with the support team in real-time right from your Windows 10 device and get the support in minutes. In short, getting a support in Windows 10 easier than installing an app.

I cannot see my jpg pictures….I found numerous videos on how to rectify the situation but Window 10 updates since those videos were made don’t take me to the same pages that the videos follow. Hence about 5 screens in it makes no sense and I cannot follow or get the result I need.

I want to see my jpeg pictures and I cannot. Please tell me how to fix.

Just had a major panic. I am SURE this was not from Windows Defender but a SCAM.
The whole screen was taken up with panic comments saying Windows defender had detected
a spyware intrusion and that NOT to switch off your computer but contact them on
    (0) 203 868 2233 – this had no call back facility
This line was “busy” every time I tried it ( four times )
    The fault code was 0x8024403c
It displayed an “old” Windows Defender scan of 21 Nov 2016!!!!!!!
It threatened all my credit cards and bank details would be taken if we did not phone them.
It was SUCH a panic-end of the world scenario that I felt it was a SDCAM.
    Was it?

In the process of updating from win 7 to win 10 my files were duplicated about 4-5 times and are spread all over the computer. I have tried to rearrange them but drag and drop deleted a bunch of files.

Where should I stash files ?? Libraries?? Documents??

    Correct way to move them??

I will never purchase a computer with Windows again. This is a very frustrating matter.

I have recently downloaded Windows 10 and had some problems that were solved by a “Live Chat” Agent. However my hp laptop will not allow me to get Wireless Capability. Constantly says “Wireless Switched Off”. Even though this is a hp problem, I can’t even get any answers from their websites. Could someone help with a phone number for hp or how to get in touch which one of their LIVE CHAT Agents’? Thanks.

Hi everyone well this jan. 1st 2016 and I switched to window 10 one month ago. Ever since I had problems to connect on the internet and once in I would loose the page I am on with a dark screen and needed to reboot every time . I tried to redownload Window 10 and I am still with the same problems. I will attempt once more to contact Windows support but I am sad so far of the performance of Windows 10 and wish I would have kept Windows 7. What I would recommend to anyone wishing to go to Windows 10 is to make a restore point prior as I can see on all forums that I am not the only one with problems with this Windows 10. Happy NewYear!

Today, I received my new Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge Plus phone and noticed that it had Apps for Word, Power Point and others. I have Office 2013 Professional on one computer and office 2010 on the other one. If I were to use my phone to access a document via one of the apps on I believe it is called onedrive in the clouds will I have to purchase office for my phone also or will I be able to edit and save the documents back to onedrive in the clouds using my phone without additional cost.
