Is Google Picasa available for Windows 11?

As you might already know, Google discontinued the Picasa program back in 2015. In fact, Google no longer offers the Picasa software. Because Google Picasa has been discontinued and is no longer being developed, it does not officially support Windows 11, launched in 2021. That said, the Google Picasa software is compatible with Windows 11, meaning that it works fine on Windows 11 as well.

Alternatives to Google Picasa on Windows 11

There are multiple apps available to open pictures on Windows 11. The built-in Photos app, hidden Windows Photo Viewer, ImageGlass, IrfanView, and FastStone Image Viewer are some popular apps available as an alternative to Google Picasa. While we agree that none of these programs may offer everything Picasa offers, they are pretty good.
