    I’m having issues downloading fonts from google to my Mac and then using them in Word for Mac. When I go to my Font Book, it says that the fonts are installed; however, when I go to use them in Word, they aren’t there. Can anyone help me with this issue?

    @jason: To install ALL fonts:

    1. download the zip from github: https://github.com/google/fonts/archive/master.zip
    2. extract that zip
    3. in windows explorer go to the to the extracted fonts-master folder and in the search box in the upper right corner enter *.ttf and wait for the search to complete (takes a bit, there were 1736 ttf files found when I ran it.)
    4. Select all (ctrl+A) and then right click and choose “Install”

    1. Extracting “the downloaded zip. file” did nothing.

    2. So how do I download the fonts without having to open up every single folder for each font? This article fails to explain that – it just says to select each font file and install. Well duh.
