Magic Trackpad by Apple is one of the best trackpads ever manufactured for computers. Magic Trackpad is so much better than built-in trackpads on laptops that many Windows PC users also want to pair and use the Magic Trackpad with their Windows-running computers.
While the Magic Trackpad is designed primarily for Macs, there are ways to get it to work with Windows 11 PCs as well. This guide shows you how to pair the Apple Magic Trackpad with a Windows 11 PC.
Connect Apple Magic Trackpad to Windows 11 PC via Bluetooth
Step 1: The first step is to install the required device driver. Yes, without the driver, your Windows 11 PC will not be able to detect the Magic Trackpad, and the touchpad gestures will also not work.
Although no official Magic Trackpad driver is available for Windows, a driver offered on GitHub works fantastic.
So, we recommend you refer to our instructions in our how to install the Magic Trackpad in Windows 11 guide for step-by-step instructions.
