How To Restore Missing Store App In Windows 10

Last Updated on March 27, 2018 by admin 2 Comments

Computer users running recent builds of Windows 10 Insider builds have been complaining about the missing Store app. Some users are unable to find the Store app in the Start menu. For most uses, the Store app is not showing up in Settings > Apps > Apps & features.

The missing Store app is not an issue at all for users who don’t use the Store app much. But for users who often download apps and games from the Store, this is a serious issue.

I concur with the following Feedback “If Microsoft weren’t so braindead STUPID, they’d just provide a repair package with the files needed to fix this, rather than going round and round and round and round and round telling you to reinstall from files that obviously ARE NOT THERE! If this were a Linux system, all I’d need to do would be to retrieve the RPM or DEB files, and do a repair install of those, and JUST the ones that were bad.

If this were a car with a flat tire, Microsoft would have you dismantle the car and replace all the sheet metal.”
