Do you have hundreds of pictures from your last holiday and want to watch them as a slideshow on your Windows 11 PC? This guide shows you how to start a slideshow in Windows 11 using the built-in Photos app.
The latest version of the Photos app in Windows 11 supports slideshows. So, you can view picture slideshows on your Windows 11 PC without using any third-party apps.
NOTE 1: There must be at least two image files in a folder to start a slideshow.
NOTE 2: Older versions of the Photos app in Windows 11 did not support the slideshow feature. So, ensure that you are running the latest version.
Tip 1: During a picture slideshow, you can quickly use the left and right arrow keys to switch to the previous and next pictures, respectively.
Tip 2: During a slideshow, move the mouse cursor to see options to enable/disable background music, pause/play, and restart the slideshow.
