Is the audio/sound not working properly on your Windows 11 computer? Would you like to uninstall the current version of the sound driver before installing a fresh copy? If yes, you are at the right place.
The built-in audio troubleshooter in Windows 11 can fix most sound-related issues without reinstalling the sound or audio driver. However, in some cases, you might have to uninstall the current driver and install a fresh one to resolve audio issues.
Luckily, uninstalling the audio driver is easy. It does not take much time either. The Device Manager can be used to uninstall the audio driver from your Windows 11 installation.
Complete the directions below to completely uninstall the sound or audio driver from your Windows 11 installation.
