Pin Individual Email Accounts To Start Menu In Windows 10

Last Updated on March 10, 2020 by admin Leave a Comment

Of late, we have shared a couple of useful tips for Windows 10 users who are using the built-in Mail app. First, we talked about resetting the Mail app, and then we discussed updating the email account password in the Mail app.

If you have been using the default Mail app as your primary email client in Windows 10, you likely have added multiple email accounts to the Mail app. As you know, with default settings, the Mail app tile in the Start menu displays the latest email messages, but many users prefer pinning individual email accounts to the Start menu instead of pinning just the Mail app, which shows the latest emails from all added accounts.

In this guide, we will see how to pin individual or all email accounts to the Start menu so that you can have a glance at all the latest messages from all email accounts right from the Start menu.

By default, medium size tile will appear at the bottom of the Start menu. You can resize it to make wide or large tile by right-clicking on it, clicking Resize, and then choosing either Wide or Large option. As you likely know, you can move the tile anywhere on the right side of the Start.

Once an email account is pinned to the Start menu, it should display the latest messages from your account. If not, please right-click on it, click More and then click Turn live tile on option.

If you want to pin multiple email accounts, you need to right-click on each email account and then click the Pin to Start option.
