I downloaded the SMART SCREEN MODIFIER, and now want to get rid of it, but can’t. It didn’t show up in programs, only in downloaded programs, so from there I tried “delete” and the app is gone from the list, but still shows up when I restart the PC. HOW CAN I GET RID OF IT?
