The Metro style interface is the main attraction of IE10. The Metro IE10 UI is cleaner and the browser gets out of the way, so the focus is on your favourite sites. The navigation bar appears only when you want it, so there’s more room for your sites. It also includes a touch keyboard.

Users who are still on Windows 7 may want to experience the Metro IE10 without removing the current Internet Explorer browser. A deviantart member has developed Metro IE10 style browser for Windows 7 and it works pretty well.

The MetroIE sports the Metro interface of IE10 in Windows 8. Even though it’s still in Beta stage, it works fine on both x86 and x64 versions of Windows 7. We have tested the browser on x86 version of Windows 7 and can confirm that it works without any issues. Features such as pinned sites gallery, settings window, ability to run more than one tab at a time will be added in the next version.

How to use MetroIE in Windows 7:

Bulleters, the developer of the software has removed the download page a few months back. So, we had to remove the link to the download page. Sorry for the inconvenience.
