View recently updated Windows 10 apps
Follow the given below directions to view recently updated apps in Windows 10.
NOTE: You might be asked to sign in to the Store using your Microsoft account if you have signed out of the Store app.
Step 1: Open Windows Store by typing Store in Start menu or taskbar search and then pressing Enter key.

Step 2: Once the Store app is launched, click on the three horizontal dots (next to the search box) and then click the Downloads and updates option to view all recently installed and updated apps in Windows 10.
As you can see in the picture above, the page displays the date modified date and version of the apps as well.
Of course, the Store app lists apps installed and updated via Store only. That is, recently updated classic desktop programs will not appear here. In fact, there is no definite way out there to view recently updated classic desktop programs in one place.
