The remote printer option is unshaded. I cannot even get to step one. I am using version 9. Any thoughts?

    HI David,

I have the same problem as you are describing. I am using Teamviewer 9 on both machines. It makes no difference which of the two machines is the client and which one the server. The print job appears in the spooler and after about 30 seconds disappears again, without printing anything.

    Hi there

I have the software installed on both desktops, I click print on the source computer, it appears in the print queue of the destination computer and 20 seconds later disappears without actually printing. Printing directly from the destination computer to its own printer works fine

I have tried resetting the print spooler and rpc’s through services but that doesn’t fix it.

Is there a simple fix for this?

    Thanks

Doesn’t seem to work so far with Quickstart?

Computers that I loaded the host version:
First one seems to work fine.
Second one worked on Friday, but doesn’t today?

    same here –
after “ok” to installing the printer driver,
    nothing happens.
And there is no printer driver from TeamViewer on my computer.
I am a licensed user and paid big bucks.

“prompt asking you to install TeamViewer remote printing drive” doesn’t work.
    Version 8.0.17147
    wine-1.5.19

I printed by copying the file from on computer to the other and printed from there.
