Gmail is the world’s most loved webmail service from the Internet search giant Google. Millions of users around the globe use Gmail to send and receive emails daily.
As you likely know, for some reason, Google does not offer a dedicated Gmail app for Windows 10/11. Because there is no official Gmail app for Windows, computer users often access Gmail in a web browser or add the Gmail account to desktop email clients such as Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird for easy access.
If you have been accessing Gmail in a web browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, you can create a shortcut for Gmail on your Windows 11 desktop for quick and easy access.
Luckily, creating a Gmail shortcut on a desktop is easy, as most web browsers support creating website shortcuts on the Windows desktop.
