The Print to PDF is one of the handy features available in Windows 11/10. With the help of Print to PDF functionality, you can save documents, pictures, and webpages as PDF files.
To save a document/picture/webpage as PDF, all you need to do is hit Ctrl + P keys to open the Print dialog/window, select Microsoft Print to PDF from the printers list and then click the Print button.
When saving a webpage as a PDF file, you might want to save the webpage in PDF color. With default settings, the Print to PDF function creates a black and white PDF. However, there is an option to save webpages in color as well.
Save webpages as PDF color in Edge
Step 1: In the Edge browser, open the webpage you want to save as a PDF.
Step 2: Simultaneously press the Ctrl and P keys to open the Print dialog.
Step 3: Here, in the Printer drop-down, select Microsoft Print to PDF.
Step 4: Scroll down to see the Color section. Here, select Color from the drop-down.
Step 5: Finally, click on the Print button and choose a location to save the PDF file in color.
Use Chrome to save a webpage as a PDF in color
Step 1: When you want to save a webpage as PDF, use Ctrl + P hotkey to open the Print dialog.
Step 2: Here, in the Destination drop-down, select Microsoft Print to PDF.
Step 3: Next, choose Color option from the Color drop-down.
Step 4: Click the Print button and select a location to save the PDF file. That’s it!
