I found Windows Live Essentials, clicked on it, clicked on uninstall/change and nothing happened. The little hourglass popped up for a moment, but then it was gone. I tried clicking on uninstall/change several times, I got a message saying to wait until the program was uninstalled, but after that nothing happened. When I click on Windows Live Essentials, nothing happens, either.

I can’t find “Windows Live Essentials” though. I want to install an older version, but it says a newer version is installed

I found Windows Live Essentials, clicked on it, clicked on remove/repair and nothing. It has the little spinning icon for a split second but nothing happens.
I would like it to be gone, I never use it and it takes FOREVER at startup.
