Step 1: Open the Settings app, click Apps and then click Apps & features.

Step 2: Look for the entry named Microsoft Solitaire Collection and then click on it.

Step 3: When you click on the app entry, you will see the Advanced options link. Click the Advanced options link.

Data is only mirrored in our ocs. The main data seems to be held online. I have tried all resets etc. and every time, the next time I open it, all the stats are downloaded from the cloud. SO THE QUESTION SHOULD BE (AS ONE VISITOR ASKED ABOVE, BUT WASN;T ANSWERED) HOW DO WE RESET MICROSOFT SOLITAIRE COLLECTION STATS IN TEH CLOUD ? I am looking in my online Microsoft Account, but so far haven’t found any reference to anything resembling this. Thanks for your help…. Ideas appreciated !

I found a way to reset the score on my windows ten solitaite. It is really simple. Use the “exployer” and search for “solitaire”. When it finds several sites, highlight the “Solitaire Settings” and from up above “open file location”. A few items will appear. Delete or remame the “SolitaireSettings” file and you are done!

Go to your start icon and set your preferences and play.
