With default settings, the currently available public build of Windows 10 displays Microsoft account email address on the login or sign-in screen when you are using a Microsoft account to sign-in to Windows 10.
While there is no harm in displaying your Microsoft account email address on your PC’s sign in or login screen, many users want to stop Windows 10 from showing their Microsoft account email address on the login or sign-in screen for privacy reasons.

Well, Microsoft has listened to users’ feedback and added an option under Settings to quickly show or hide account details like email addresses on the sign-in screen of Windows 10.
Users running Windows 10 14328 or above build can now show or hide account information on the login screen by competing below mentioned instructions.
Show or hide email address on sign-in screen in Windows 10
NOTE: This feature is available only in Windows 10 build 14328 and above builds. Check your Windows 10 build number before proceeding further.
NOTE 2: In Windows 10 14328 and above builds, by default, Windows 10 doesn’t display account details such as email address on the sign-in screen.
Step 1: Open Settings app by either clicking the Settings icon on the left side of the Start menu or using the Windows logo + I keyboard shortcut.
Step 2: Click Accounts. Click Sign-in options.
Step 3: Under the Privacy section, turn off the option labeled Show account details such as my email address on the sign-in screen option to hide the account details, including email address on the sign-in screen of Windows 10.
